The item up for bid is a vintage Pocket Stunt Kite by Lagoon. This fabulously multi-colored kite is light, foolproof and easy to launch. The kite is completely strutless so it can be folded down into a little drawstring bag - ideal to pop into a backpack or pocket. Includes: Stunt kite, dual string controls and drawstring carrying pouch. Kite size 114cm x 50 cm. This is old new stock.

NOTICE REGARDING THIS ITEM: I specialize in vintage items that are usually 50+ years old. It is important that you examine this item carefully before bidding. PLEASE remail me if you have any questions before placing your bid. I welcome all questions.

While I try hard to get my description accurate, you must look at the pictures and remember that vintage is NOT new or mint. Unless otherwise stated, items WILL have age related wear. The older the item the more the wear! My buyers should be knowledgeable collectors looking for vintage! These are usually items that are no longer manufactured or available by retail. I buy at estate auctions, yard sales and antique stores and most items usually need to be cleaned.

I do not smoke, however the previous owner(s) might have. If you buy or collect vintage you must know that the items come from an era when the vast majority of Americans did smoke. If smoke is an issue with you, please email me before you place your bid.

Most of my customers want items in their authentic condition which shows wear and proves age so I leave any cleaning other than dusting or superficial cleaning to the buyer's discretion. My items are sold in "as is" condition. I try to highlight any flaws over and above normal wear and tear but again, you must look at the pictures and please feel free to ask questions.

Returns and Refunds: As a matter of my store policy, I do not do partial refunds. I do however issue full refunds under certain conditions as follows:

1. Full Refunds in cases of damage or loss from shipping after carrier has approved the claim.  

2. Full Refunds if I have grossly misrepresented item per ebays policy and you have returned the item to me at your cost in the same condition that I shipped it. You must notify me of your request to return the item within 3 days of receiving the item and mail the item back to me within 7 days. I will not issue a refund until I receive the item back.

3. The buyer and I have agreed upon a refund. 

I will not accept returns on an item due to buyers remorse or because there is normal age related wear on an item. Please note that "it smells" is not a misrepresentation of item as I have specifically advised you that items may have been exposed to cigarette smoke and other living conditions due to their age and enviornment.

All return item shipping will be paid by the buyer per ebays policy. If you feel that I have grossly misrepresented an item, please email me immediately to discuss your concerns. I follow ebay and paypal policy on returns, you MUST pay for return shipping. This leaves both the buyer AND the seller out their shipping costs. You pay to return it and I have to pay out of pocket to ship it. We can avoid this in most cases with good communication and by asking your questions before bidding!!!

Payment & Shipping: Payment is by Paypal and is expected within 4 days as per ebay policy. I will be GLAD to work with you on time if you communicate with me. Otherwise if not paid an unpaid case will be opened. I provide insurance on all shipping which is a few dollars extra and is included in the listed shipping cost. I package very carefully with bubble wrap and peanuts and ship quickly. Shipping and insurance prices are on the rise as well as packaging materials. I pack and ship as cost effectively as possible to still be able to PROTECT your item. If you question the price of your shipping, please feel free to check the shipping calculator before making a shipping cost judgment. As a matter of fact I generally lose money on shipping. I will combine shipping on any items bought from me, provided they are all shipped together at the same time. If you would like to know what the discounted combined shipping cost will be, again please remail me.

Feedback:  I ALWAYS leave positive feedback as soon as I ship an item. I very much appreciate positive feedback in return.

Please understand that this is a business. I want you as a customer. I want you to become a repeat buyer. I want you to be satisfied with each and every transaction between us.

However, I do not want to be extorted over feedback and I do not want to give items away for free. If that is your goal as a buyer please don't bid here.  

If you are unhappy with your transaction I expect you to email me immediately and tell me your concerns BEFORE leaving negative feedback. I am always available and will respond quickly. I will do my best to resolve any reasonable issues. I do not consider you keeping the item and me refunding you in full reasonable.
