INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE.  USPS Priority Mail International is the only way to reasonable ship international. However, I am familiar with the scams with phony checks and sending shippers to pick up the item.  Please don't waste my time with that.  The only method I will accept for international shipping is Paypal.  You must pay the actual shipping cost based on a 5 pound box sized 15" X 18" X 15".   Upon complete, cleared Paypal payment, including actual shipping, the kite will be sent either FedEx International or UPS International.
