Kite Handle prices range from $1.79 at a local toy store to $2.79 at a Hobby Store. Please consider shipping. Shipping may seen high but USPS no longer has a 1 or 2 ounce rate to ship at. In early 2011 USPS rolled 1 ounce and 2 ounce weight package shipments into one class - all ship at 3 ounce rate
