Shipping

We ship throughout the USA (48 States) and other Countries using USPS parcel post, first class mail or priority mail. Only some items are shipped using UPS. Please no P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates & insurance options are posted on each listing. Alaska & Hawaii contact us before buying, include your zip, and we will confirm carrier availablity and rates.

Delivery

We ship every day except saturdays, sundays and holidays. We usually ship the winning item on the same day of winning or the next day depending on what time the bid closes and when payment was made. Priority mail items are delivered in 2 or 3 days.

Refunds & Returns

Seven (7) days from receipt of your purchase, all sales are final. To be considered for a refund, you must notify us with details within that time frame. Refunds are less S/H. All refunds are sent via Paypal or by mail if payment was made with check. Very rarely some items are in back order and when this happens we will notify you so we can resolve the matter quickly.
